About Me

Coaching others to find clarity, see opportunities out of challenges and manage critical relationships has been my biggest source of energy as a leader.

I began my career in product management, listening carefully to customers and translating their needs into solutions that delighted them and in turn grew the businesses I worked with. After receiving my MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, I moved to Silicon Valley and had incredible experiences growing new product lines, creating marketing strategies and building high performing teams at companies like Intuit, LinkedIn and GoDaddy.  

I loved the challenges of my day to day work. I always found the most joy, though, where I was called to coach leaders both on and outside of my team.  I became known for helping my team, peers and their teams work more collaboratively and build new leadership skills.  I also thrived on the opportunities to work hand-in-hand with executives to bring their larger orgs together to find ways to work more effectively. As a partner and, most recently, as a chief of staff to members of the c-suite, I curated multiple global team offsites, drove organizational design initiatives, structured complex change management programs and built events where hundreds of team members could come together to rally around strategy. 

Today, I'm channeling my experience and my love of coaching individuals and growing collaborative teams into my practice.  My coaching philosophy is one of partnership: I'm here to listen, to bring new perspectives to challenges you're facing and bring your strengths to the forefront as you look toward a bright future.   

I received a coaching certification after hundreds of hours of training with the Co-Active Training Institute and am proud to have coached leaders in a variety of industries and roles, from senior manager up to c-level executives.

I'm a wife and mother of two amazing young kids, both of whom I had during some of the busiest times in my career.  We've made beautiful San Luis Obispo, California our forever home where we can enjoy hiking, the beach and great wine.
